RETURNS OF GOODS

Global Logistics Express provides return shipping solutions, but does not accept physical product returns unless specified under a logistics contract.

2.1 Return Shipments

Return shipments may be arranged if:

  • The consignee refuses delivery

  • Goods are delivered damaged and require return shipping

  • The customer initiates a reverse logistics request

Return shipping fees, customs duties, and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer unless contractually stated otherwise.

2.2 Undeliverable Goods

If a shipment cannot be delivered after all reasonable attempts:

  • The customer will be contacted for alternative instructions

  • Storage, demurrage, and additional delivery fees may apply

  • If no instructions are provided within the specified timeframe, the goods may be returned or disposed of according to carrier regulations

SERVICE REFUNDS

Refund eligibility depends on the type of logistics service purchased, the circumstances of delivery, and the contractual agreement in place.

Delayed Delivery

Refunds or partial credits may be issued if:

  • A guaranteed delivery service fails to meet the agreed transit timeline.

  • The delay is directly caused by Global Logistics Express operational issues.

Refunds do not apply if delays result from:

  • Customs inspections

  • Weather or natural events

  • Port congestion

  • Incorrect documentation provided by the customer

  • Force majeure or any external factors outside our operational control

Canceled Shipments

Customers may request a refund if:

  • A shipment is canceled before cargo handover.

  • A service is canceled due to Global Logistics Express’ inability to fulfill the booking.

No refund applies once:

  • Cargo is already in transit

  • Documentation has been processed and submitted to carriers or customs

Duplicate Charges

Refunds will be issued for any verified duplicate payments, billing errors, or system-related overcharges.
